Effective 2025. These terms apply to all offerings available at Helvetix (helvetixbest.com), the primary source for news on Swiss innovations, technology, and research.

1. Services

Helvetix may provide live event access, personalized briefings, and expert analysis. Such offerings are classified as services. Unless otherwise stated, you may cancel a service up to 7 days before its start date and request a full refund or transfer to a future date. Services initiated less than 7 days before the scheduled date are non-refundable due to planning requirements. To request a change or refund, use our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 14 days via the original channel.

2. Information Products

Helvetix offers digital reports, newsletters, and research summaries. Access is granted immediately upon purchase. Due to the instant and downloadable nature of these products, all sales are final and non-refundable. In the event of a technical delivery failure, please contact us via the contact form for assistance.

3. Goods

Physical items such as printed magazines or branded merchandise are eligible for a refund within 30 days of delivery. Products must be returned in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Refunds are issued within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods, processed via the original channel.

4. Refund and Cancellation Policy

To initiate any refund or cancellation request, complete our contact form with your order details and explanation. Helvetix will review your request and confirm approval or denial via email within 5 business days. Refunds on approved requests are issued to the original method within 14 days of approval. Transfers to future offerings follow the same request process and are subject to availability.
